• Rural properties and rural makeshift venues

  • We will let the Crown Booths team know if the Photo booth will be on grass. We understand that some rural properties do not show up accurately on mobile phone Map apps. We will check that the address given to Crown booths reflects that of the property or venue. We are aware if this is not done properly it may lead to a late Photo booth set up time.


  • We understand the Photo booth needs to be protected by all forms of weather conditions including wind. Where possible ill make every effort to set the Photo booth up in a corner.

  • We understand there needs to be minimum 2.1m height for the photo booth to fit comfortably.

  • We will have an extension cord to the Photo booth site ready to use by Crown Booths.

  • We will let the Crown Booths team know if their equipment is powered by a generator.

  • We understand that if we are negligent in any of these conditions Crown Booths reserves the right to protect its equipment from any possible weather or hazardous conditions or potential hazardous outcomes by refusing to set up any of Crown booths equipment. No refunds will be offered in these scenarios.

  • PAYMENT AND FEES

  • We confirm we have received a contracted price for our photo booth including a schedule of the agreements of payment.

  • We agree to make the required payments as per the contract.

  • We agree that payment of the initial booking fee confirms our booking for Crown Booths services and in the event of a cancellation this fee is non-refundable.

  • We agree to pay the $100 booking fee and the remaining amount due is to be paid strictly 7 days prior to event. o If we choose to pay via PayPal, we will release funds 7 days prior to event date.

  • We agree that any damaged or stolen goods between drop off and pick up times will be replaced at new for old within 1 week of event.

  • CANCELLATION We agree that any booking fees paid are non-refundable even if we no longer require the services of Crown Booths.

  • We agree and acknowledge that we can transfer our booking fee to another time and date (if available) within a 12-month period.

  • We agree if our event is cancelled within 7 days of our event date, any monies paid are non-refundable unless contradicted by COVID-19 special conditions

  • We agree that we have the right to pay any amount of monies owing up until 7 days prior to event date and is completely up to our discretion to do so and acknowledge that no refunds will be given on any amounts paid if event is cancelled within 7 days prior to event start date unless contradicted by COVID-19 special conditions.
  • COVID-19 SPECIAL CONDITIONS

  • We understand that if my event is affected by state direction for Covid – 19 we have the choice to keep an open booking and move to an available date.

  • We agree that booking fees are no refundable and can be transferred to an available date.

  • We acknowledge in the event of a snap lockdown or local area restrictions that occur within the 7 days of event date and full payment has been made, we can move the booking to an available date, or we can choose to have a refund less booking fee. Crown Booths Terms and conditions – August 2021
  • CONDITIONS

  • We accept the responsibility to check and confirm all details prior to our event.

  • We understand the photo both must be under cover and out of the way of any damaging weather conditions. We understand that if the wind is too strong for any enclosed photo booth that Crown booths will use their discretion and provide an open style booth instead. This may also change the backdrop provided. A price reflection will not be honoured.

  • If we deem it fit to have the photo booth in a specific location, even with the approval of a Crown Booth representative any damages sustained for any reason will be at the cost of yourself and the event holders named in “who is the event for”.

  • If the location of the photo booth is allowing wind flow the curtains may blow around.

  • If you do not specify a backdrop, we will allocate a classic Red or Black curtain backdrop

  • We understand that we assume responsibility of the photo booth and of all its contents and inclusions between photo booth drop off and pick up.

  • If a 3 rd party is allocated or is left in charge by yourself) and or the event holders named in “who is the event for” to place or locate the photo booth in unidentified harm’s way, you and the named individuals will be responsible for any damages occurring.

  • We agree to advise Crown Booths in writing of any changes to the contract details listed on this agreement. We agree that Crown Booths discounted services are due to the supplying of unmanned photo booths to your event unless prior arrangements have been made to supply an attendant which will incur a fee.

  • We understand that for all “duration of event” hires has a 11pm pack down time. We will let Crown booths know if the event wraps up earlier.

  • In the unlikely event of a technical issue, we agree that it can take up to 1 hour for a Crown Booths

  • representative to rectify the issue. No discount or refund will be issued if the photo booth is back to Crown Booths satisfactory operating level.

  • We agree that Crown Booths will have access to the event venue at the agreed time to pick up photo booth unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed to by both parties.

  • RELEASE AND EXCLUSIVITY

  • We give permission for Crown Booths to use any photographs taken during the event for display, reproduction, advertisement, and marketing purposes. Unless stated otherwise in writing submitted to Crown Booths.

  • DISCLAIMER

  • Whilst every effort will be made to provide the goods and services as described in the contract, Crown Booths will not be held liable and the client agrees to indemnify Crown Booths, its staff and any party associated with Crown Booths for any errors or omission and any condition including but not limited to inclement weather,

  • natural disasters, or other circumstances’ out of control of Crown Booths, which results in any variation to the provision of the goods and services discussed.

  • Some booking forms and T&C’s may be outdated, please contact us directly for latest Booking form Some backdrops, add on’s and photo booth packages are subject to availability. Crown booths will do its best to make sure there is no double booking of backdrops, add on’s and booth packages, in the event this happens Crown booths will preference the client who made the booking deposit first.

  • Tv on the truss slide show may be impacted in poor internet coverage areas and or weak Wi-Fi signals.

  • LIABILITY

  • Crown Booths will take every care but liability in the event of non-supply of images discussed, (eg: camera stolen, camera failure, accidents causing harm to the booth and any other unforeseen incidents occurring to the booth operator and/or equipment). Retake of photos or refund of monies paid will be under the discretion of Crown Booths.

  • If the photo booth camera has been altered by anyone between drop off and pack down from original focus point, Crown booths is not liable or held responsible for out of focus photos provided. Crown Booths’ team members will use their discretion as to their safety. If they feel they are being threatened or treated unfairly, they will first consult you the client to fix the situation, if this does not resolve matters then the staff of Crown Booths team reserve the right to choose to leave. No refunds of monies paid and full contractual price will be charged in these circumstances.
